The build

TheWorkPlace is a virtual office and business center for Baguio City: a registered, compliant business address as the acquisition hook, with the real engine in bundled services — business registration paperwork, recurring bookkeeping, websites, and design. The v1 client portal covers the acquire-to-onboard chain: prospects choose an address tier and services, submit structured requirements and documents, commit, and track every order to completion, while founders run fulfillment from a single back office. In development on Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Drizzle, and Neon PostgreSQL.

My part

What I owned, per position that touched this project.

Co-founder

Co-founding the venture and building the v1 client portal as the technical founder

  • Wrote the feasibility study: PH regulatory basis for virtual offices (BIR RMO No. 4-2025), the Baguio market gap, and unit economics centered on bookkeeping attach rate
  • Authored the v1 PRD covering the acquire-to-onboard chain: plan selection, service intake, document collection, order tracking, and a founder back office
  • Locked the platform architecture: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Drizzle, Neon PostgreSQL, Auth.js with a role-extensible schema, Vercel Blob, and Resend
